How do you go about booking the villa for your holiday / vacation ?
The first, and very important, step is to check our Availability Calendar to see that your vacation dates are available.
If the dates are shown as available, the next step is to email us to confirm availability and to request a quote for your booking. When you accept our quote, (a quote is valid for 7 days from the date of issue) we will then email you a rental agreement form, including terms and conditions.
You must complete this and return it with the deposit within seven days. We will continue to accept other inquiries but will let interested renters know that the date is provisionally booked. If no contact is made, either by phone, email or receipt of signed agreement within seven (7) days of requesting the rental agreement, the quote is considered no longer valid and the dates are not held.
