deck with custom multi-positional pool furniture provide a sunny and spacious

Plush pool towels for up to ten people are provided. Our stainless steel
4-burner gas BBQ comes with a complimentary tank of propane. All doors accessing
pool area are equipped with alarms. The overhead fan on the lanai is remote-controlled
for your comfort and convenience.
If Disney isn't your destination, shopping at the Outlets, Kissimmee Loop and the Florida Mall are all minutes away. March is Major League Baseball’s Spring Training and Kissimmee is summer camp for the Houston Astros and the Atlanta Braves. The Cleveland Indians are 30 minutes away in Winter Haven and the Detroit Tigers are 45 min. away in Lakeland. Catch many of the PGA and LPGA tournaments during the "Florida Swing". The Daytona 500 is an easy drive (1+ hours) away (catch the time trials at the track and enjoy race day on our high-def plasma TV!!), as is Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. Oct 2009We have recently installed a state-of-the-art security alarm system for our guests’ protection and peace-of-mind.
The
two en-suites (one king and one queen) open to the pool area and have luxurious
pillow-top beds. A third Queen-size bedroom has a pillow-top bed and adjoining
bath. All three have color TVs.
Our two single bedrooms each contain two twin beds, color TVs, the X-box 360, VCR and component stereo system, and share our 4th full bath. Hairdryers in all baths - two in double-vanity master bath. Plush linens throughout. Ceiling fans and lighting throughout our home are remote controlled.
The
42-inch high-definition plasma TV with Digital Video Recorder and high-definition
cable programming gives you many options to keep up with your favorite teams!
DVD player with several DVD's and CDs for your entertainment.
Our five bedroom, four bath, fully air-conditioned, smoke-free executive villa is located in the highly sought-after Indian Creek subdivision.
Approximately three and a half miles from Disney's attractions and golf courses and one mile from many shops and restaurants on Highway 192.
It is 25 minutes from Orlando Airport, 15 minutes to Sea World, and 20 minutes to Universal Studios.
